DescriptionThe new cd is finally out! The Enemy Within
http://cdbaby.com/cd/kenneth adj3 Hi all, thanks for stoppin in at my little slice of acidplanet. As some of you listen to my music you will probably start to tell yourself that it's not typical DJ music. And to be honest, it's not. I like to combine multiple styles together in my productions. Don't get me wrong, I can spin records, but I spend the majority of my time focusing on my productions. Thanks for stopping in to say hi and please enjoy your stay here. Feel free to listen and review if you like. If you have to pick one song to listen to though. I would suggest checking out Damage Control or See you In my Dreams .Those are my personal favorites and I was able to work with another very talented artist on Damage Control. My newest single, Damage Control, featuring the vocal talents of Jason McGovern, is available on iTunes, Rhapsody, Napster, eMusic and musicnet. It has some of AP's finest providing the remixes, as well as two new tracks. Please check it out. The Snowfall single/EP is available as an online only cd. It can be found on itunes, rhapsody and napster. It features 3 exclusive remixes and two additional tracks. All in all it's 6 songs for 5.49. St. Elmo and the Osprey can be found at www.cdbaby/com/kennethadj2 and is available for download on itunes. Thank you to everyone for your support. My other release, Stingray is available at the following places: www.cdbaby.com/kenneth adj record and tape traders, and is also available for download on itunes. Also check out my other profile, the orange album project, something a friend and I started. It's supposed to be humorous, so I hope you enjoy it. Thanks to Stephen M for my awesome banner at the top of my page. -DJKA HistoryJust little old me. Not much to say except I've been doing this for a while. I got hooked on making music back in 11th grade. Tried to form a band with my friend Sean Quinn ( another AP guy ). It never really worked out so we both do our own thing. I'd recomend checking out his stuff too.
I also remix ...A LOT! And I'll remix for you to. Just ask.
Group MembersDJ Kenneth A the over critical musician. The saying is true, I am my own worst critic.
Styleelectronic, and whatever else strikes my fancy. Pretty much the way I see it, is if you don't take artistic risks and try new things, you won't grow as a musician.
InfluencesMoby, Faithless, Hybrid, Enigma, Juno Reactor, Dave Ralph, Chopin, Berlioz, Debussy, BT, Sasha, Aphrodite, ATB, Ferry Corsten and the list goes on and on and on and on and on.......
Equipment / Softwareacid, reason, korg pandora, micro korg, Mc-505, various soft synths, random sound programs and anything I can get to make an interesting sound.
Can't forget to mention about my Yamaha DJX. I know it's cheesy but it's still fun to mess around with.
CollaborationAnyone who is up for it, and has a super open mind when it comes to music. I'll be happy to remix for you too. Just let me know.
