Seems to be an unusual amount of interesting music coming from our friends up North. Jets Overhead is no exception. The critics repeatedly reference Pink Floyd in their glowing reviews of the band. You decide. And while you're at it, put your own imprint on "Shadow Knows."

About the Band

Since forming Jets Overhead in 2003, this five-piece from Victoria, Canada has mesmerized crowds at home and abroad with their hypnotic take on trance rock. Having shared the stage with The Dandy Warhols, Broken Social Scene, The Stills, Sam Roberts, Stars, Our Lady Peace, Tegan and Sara, Powderfinger and 54*40, Jets Overhead took time out of their touring schedule to record their first full-length, Bridges, out now on their own label, Microgroove. The distinctive LP was produced by Neil Osborne, longtime singer from Canadian rock luminaries 54*40. Following the release of Bridges, Jets Overhead received the prestigious national honor of a Juno nomination (Canadian Grammy equivalent) for best new group. With LOST MELODIES: A COLLECTION OF RARITIES, DEMOS AND REMIXES, Jets Overhead reveals alternate versions and b-sides from Bridges. LOST MELODIES will be available as a digital download in digital music stores June 26.
