The winning remix artist will receive a copy of the "Better Living Through Circuitry" DVD and soundtrack. The winning remix will be included in the EMusic downloadable alternative soundtrack to BLTC, which will be offered free to EMusic visitors.

In addition, the winning artist will receive the following prizes from Sonic Foundry®: Sound Forge® 4.5, Vegas® Audio 2.0, ACID™ PRO 2.0, and five Loops for ACID™ libraries of his or her choice.

All Runners Up will receive a Loops for ACID library of their choice as well as a copy of the "Better Living Through Circuitry" soundtrack and will be included in the EMusic downloadable alternative soundtrack.

About the Contest

More footage, more interviews, more sound...it's the complete experience.

This contest was your chance to become part of that experience. Cleopatra Pictures, EMusic, and ACIDplanet joined forces to help you create an alternate soundtrack to "Better Living Through Circuitry." Using vocal snippets from the film, ACID™, and ACID loops, entrants composed tracks that captured the feel of a rave. The winning tracks will be compiled as a "soundtrack" and offered for download on EMusic, and the winners will receive a juicy swag package from Cleopatra and Sonic Foundry!
