Based on the epic 8pack Battles raging in the forums, ACIDplanet.com® has decided to run a little contest based on this week's 8pack: "Bleeps Sweeps Creeps".Here's the scoop:
- Download this week's 8pack, "Bleeps Sweeps Creeps"
- Make a song using only the loops that come with the 8pack
- You can do what you want with the loops: chop them up, add effects, trigger them with midi keyboards... just as long as you start with only the 8pack loops provided as the source audio
- Upload your song from the "Upload My Entry" link on this page BY THURSDAY 10/19!!!
Once the contest has concluded, all the entries will be entered into a mosh for the purpose of deciding the winner.
Tight constraints, rapid-fire timeline- that's the joy and excitement of 8pack battles, and this 8pack contest. The prize is modest, this contest is primarily for the fun of it.
