About the Artist
Blondfire is the Brazilian/American brother/sister duo of Bruce and Erica Driscoll. The siblings write/record/produce all their own songs and make a refreshing, UK-influenced pop sound that is at once catchy, original, and undeniably their own.Despite their polished pop hooks, the duo is the true definition of indie. They've literally done nearly everything on their own. The song “L-L-Love” was featured as the free single of the week on iTunes, seeing nearly 300,000 downloads. They've also had placements in films such as “Monster In Law,” “ I Think I Love My Wife,” and “Mozart and the Whale.”
Their self-released debut LP, My Someday, is now available. The LP was recorded by the siblings in many different locations over several years. Recommended for fans of the Pet Shop Boys, Depeche Mode, the Cardigans, and Prefab Sprout.

Entrants must upload a Windows Media format or Real Media format version of their entry first. You will not be able to upload any additional formats after the contest closes, so if also you want to upload an mp3 version, please allow enough time to upload them both before the contest closing time.

No Links? If you do not see the "zip" links to the contest loops, it may be because you are running firewall or security software with Ad Blocking turned on. If so, please temporarily turn it off and the links should appear.
What is the .acd file in the sample remix? The .acd file is an ACID project file that contains a sample remix made from eight to ten of the contest loops. It can help you learn how to use ACID, or give you ideas about remixing the track. You don't need to use it, but you'll at least want to download the sample remix so that you get the loops.
Can't open the ACID project file? The ACID project file (.acd file) is in ACID 5.0 format. It can be opened in ACID 5.0, but not in previous versions of ACID. If you using a previous version of ACID and you wish to view this file, you can either upgrade or download the current version ACID XPress in the Tools area of this page. However, you do not need to view the .acd file to enter the contest. You can simply use the loops in any version of ACID or in any other software.
